"Fit was close, close, but not totally perfect"
I ordered a part for my bike and used the fitment checker on 2wheel.com. It said it would fit, and yeah, it mostly did, but I still had to mess with it a little to get it sitting right. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying, annoying when you expect it to go on without extra work. Shipping was fine and the part seems decent overall. Next time I’d probably double-check the fitment somewhere else too.

"Felt like a solid deal to me"
I ended up getting exactly what I needed and paid less than I was seeing at most other places. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was totally fine. My gut feeling after the whole thing was that it was a good buy, and I’d be happy to use 2wheel again

I bought a helmet from 2Wheel.com and it did show up quickly. The price was fair and checkout was simple, so at first I felt good about it. But something about the overall experience left me a little less trusting than I expected, and now I’d probably think twice before ordering from them again

I’d been checking all over for this tire and somehow 2wheel.com was the one place that actually had it available. I’m guessing they either keep a better inventory or just got lucky with stock, but either way I was glad to find it. Ordering was quick, and I didn’t have to deal with any backorder runaround. Happy with the whole thing.

"Helpful service done the right way"
I wasn’t totally sure which part I needed for my bike, so I reached out to customer service. "Cheapest deal I found for my riding gear"
I was looking around for a new helmet and gloves, and 2Wheel.com ended up having the best price by a solid margin. I checked a few other sites just to be sure, but they were still cheaper. Nice.
I thought there might be some weird catch once I got to checkout, but nope. Shipping was reasonable, and the final total still came in lower than the other places I looked. Surprising.
My order showed up without any issues, and everything was in good shape. No complaints here. I’d definitely shop with them again next time I need bike gear. Easy.

I was just looking for a few parts and kinda ended up finding way more options than I thought I would. 2Wheel.com had a really solid product selection, especially compared to a couple other sites I checked out. I had to reach out to 2wheel.com, about a warranty issue, and they did get back to me. It took a few days though, and I ended up having to follow up once, which was a little frustrating. They did sort it out in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it just wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping.
